A video published by SkyNews that shows a handcuffed man being assaulted by Zimbabwe's state security agents, has brought to light the brutality against many of the country's citizens by soldiers and police. Reacting to the video, President Emmerson Mnanagwa ordered the arrest of the soldiers.
